Vanilla Protein Pancakes With Greek Yogurt, Blueberries And Banana

Use a blender to mix together the oats, 1⁄2 banana, whey protein, egg and milk.
Heat coconut oil over a medium-high heat in a pan until melted.
Stir 10 blueberries into the mixture.
Pour 4 circles into the pan. Cook the pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Repeat until all the mixture is used.
Stack the pancakes, adding the Greek yoghurt and remaining banana between each layer. Top with the remaining blueberries and honey.
