- 30 g oats
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 80 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 20 blueberries
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Use a blender to mix together the oats, 1⁄2 banana, whey protein, egg and milk.
- Heat coconut oil over a medium-high heat in a pan until melted.
- Stir 10 blueberries into the mixture.
- Pour 4 circles into the pan. Cook the pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Repeat until all the mixture is used.
- Stack the pancakes, adding the Greek yoghurt and remaining banana between each layer. Top with the remaining blueberries and honey.
