Whisk eggs, cinnamon, milk and whey protein into a bowl.
Heat coconut oil over a medium-high heat in a pan until melted.
Dip the bread into the mixture, covering all of the bread.
Place the bread into the pan cook for 4 minutes. Flip the bread and let it
cook for a further 4 minutes (or until brown on both sides). If there’s any
mixture left over, just pour into the pan while cooking the bread.
Meanwhile, chop the banana into slices.
Top the bread with banana, blueberries, a sprinkle of cinnamon and
honey to serve.
