  • 2slices rye bread
  • 100g chicken breast
  • 1/2 avocado
  • handful spinach
  • 3 sundried tomatoes
  1. Preheat grill to 200 c.
  2. place chicken breast under the grill for 14 minutes, turning after 7.
  3. Meanwhile, mash the avocado
  4. Top one slice of bread with spinach, avocado, and sundried tomatoes.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked tear it into slices and add to sandwich.
