BCA Contest Terms and Conditions

‘Moms Helping Moms’ is a section within our community that makes it easy for our mom fans to contribute in a collective effort to help other moms. This section will usually contain a particular effort in which Proud Moms are called upon to help us reach a positive goal, and also invite their other mom friends to join us. In addition, moms will usually have the opportunity to win a prize relative to our current theme, which aims to encourage moms to proudly represent the fight towards this great cause.

Terms of Product Giveaway

No purchase necessary. By providing a first name, last name, and an active email address each mom is granted one (1) entry vote in our ‘Pink Ribbon Product Giveaway’. Also, every mom who refers a friend by entering their email address when ‘signing up’ will receive one extra entry vote towards our Pink Ribbon Giveaway. Every individual mom is allowed to enter up to four (4) email referrals, which means one individual mom could earn up to five (5) entry votes by entering her own email and the emails of four (4) more friends. Each mom that enters will receive an email confirming her entrance in our Giveaway. Each mom who is referred will also receive an email inviting her to join our cause for Breast Cancer Awareness, and will be directed to our Moms Helping Moms page to enter our Giveaway. Each mom is allowed to enter the Giveaway only once and will be granted one (1) vote. Every individual mom has the opportunity to win one (1) of our five (5) items that we are giving away, which include: three (3) Pink Ribbon Coffee Mugs, and two (2) Pink Ribbon Microfleeces. Winners will be chosen completely at random from a pool of qualified moms (those who followed the Giveaway entrance procedure correctly). If a mom entered the giveaway correctly but did not refer any other mom friends, her name will be placed into the contestant pool only once. Winners will be announced once our goal of reaching 50,000 mom fans is reached, at which point we are able to donate $750 to the American Cancer Society, and send our Giveaway winners their Pink Ribbon Prizes. Winners will be announced on our Page Wall, and will also be notified via email. Winners will have up to 72 hours to reply to the winner notification email, otherwise a new winner will be chosen.

We will do our best to obtain the prize material mentioned above based on availability. If the mentioned prizes are not available for purchase, we will replace them with comparable material that is equally as representative of Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Awareness.
